Salty Dogs Steamer and Bar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon their arrival.
2. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
4. Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen or bar promptly.
5. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
6. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
7. Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
9. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and accurate service.
10. Upsell menu items and beverages to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
11. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
12. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
13. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during busy periods.
