Oakwood Counseling and Oakwood Roots are looking for the right candidate to join us as we expand the delivery of mental health services to the Brazos Valley!
Job Title: Practice Manager
About the Role: Our practice manager serves as the critical central hub to our operations, both relationally and logistically. Broadly speaking, the role involves fielding inbound requests for services and connecting clients with potential providers while maintaining all other aspects of business operations.
Among the responsibilities of the role: 1. Client Liaison: The practice manager will serve as the point of contact for all inbound requests for services. 2. Provider Coordinator: The practice manager will communicate with providers regarding referrals, verification of insurance benefits, billing and other details relevant to the delivery of and reimbursement for services. 3. Materials Management: The practice manager will ensure that all necessary office supplies and test materials are in stock. 4. Billing: The practice manager will complete all billing using the Simple Practice software (training in the software will be provided). 5. Facilities Management: The practice manager will ensure the functionality and aesthetics of the office.
About the Compensation: The salary range is between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, depending on experience. This salary is based on a 4-day work week (7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday). After the first year of employment, the role will allow for the possibility of some remote work/onsite flexibility and will include a week of paid time off. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 1. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 2. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills 3. A college degree is preferred but not required. 4.
