Beginning Salary: Based on Experience
Travel Required: 90%
Duties: The position of Clinic Supervisor works directly with the Clinic Manager and is responsible for providing daily supervision/oversight of the entire clinic, including but not limited to, planning, organizing and directing all personnel within the facility. The individual will promote quality patient/client relations and embolden a supportive environment by serving as a role model. The Clinic Supervisor will travel to and support all HealthPoint locations as assigned based on need.
Education Required:
Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Health or a Business related field
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Practical Experience:
- Prefer two years of supervisory experience
- Require a minimum of two years of experience of working in a physician office setting, in a Lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate operational and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated success in providing support within an organization of comparable pace and complexity.
- Experience managing difficult patient/customer situations.
- Demonstrated success in directing staff in order to achieve a common goal.
- Significant knowledge of practices and procedures within in a primary care environment.
- Demonstrated success and familiarity with equipment, technology, and systems typically found within most health care environments (i.e. personal computer skills, spreadsheets, word processing, patient records systems, EMR systems, etc.)
