Beginning Salary: Based on Experience
Travel Required: up to 50% local travel to area clinics
Duties: The position is responsible for
· designing, planning, and implementing training programs aligned with HealthPoint's objectives and strategies;
· assessing and evaluating training program effectiveness
· assessing and evaluating knowledge, skills, and abilities of applicants, interns, staff, and PRIDE team members;
· ensuring training materials and curriculums are updated and effective;
· tracking, maintaining, and sharing training data as appropriate
· communicating effectively about training programs to encourage participation and highlight the value and benefits of training
· working collaboratively and cross functionally with leadership, department heads, clinic managers, and subject matter experts
Education & Work Experience:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in education, community/public health, business administration, organizational development, human resources or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Must have and maintain good driving record.

Preferred: 1 year practical experience as a Trainer/Educator. Electronic health record and healthcare experience. Experience in education at physician office/clinic or healthcare organization. Supervisory/Leadership experience.
