General Manager

The P.O.A. of Hilltop Lakes Seeking On-site General Manager. Responsible for overall management & supervision, accounting & finance admin., planning, PR and customer svc., marketing & community assoc. participation. Duties include developing & implementing operating policies & procedures, managing day to day operation & maintenance of residential/resort community.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; Certification as Community Assoc. Mgr. is acceptable in lieu of degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Mgr. in a multi-faceted operation or 3 years of experience as an on-site Homeowners' Assn. GM.
