Overview
Mindful Health Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, healthcare development and sales leader to drive our strategic partnership strategy.
A successful candidate will have exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create meaningful relationships with large, complex healthcare organizations in the interest of serving our community members and business development/growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, and implement strategic partnerships—with national and community-based healthcare organizations including large, complex health systems and private practices across regions we service.
- Develop and own partnership/engagement strategy and execution including developing a sales & partnership playbook, developing 1:1 relationships with key partners in target geographies, and representing MHS at conferences and events
- Own the lifecycle of net new & existing partner relationships, nurture, and accelerate them toward contracted relationships with shared commercialization goals.
- Develop clear growth strategies for priority states/regions - including partnering closely with executive. Use quantitative data, secondary research, relationship mapping, and growth frameworks to develop clear, actionable plans for outreach and engagement.
- Travel, as needed, in support of conferences or sales & partnership meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a growth-driving healthcare sales role, including building and managing partnerships that drive growth.
- Experience in community relations within healthcare environment, behavioral healthcare background preferred. Key focus on premier patient/consumer experience essential
- Experience in healthcare development or have worked for a health system or payer itself.
- Demonstrable success and excellence in Healthcare Sales – converting leads into closure
- Have a track record of developing creative partnership structures and go-to-market strategies.
- Consistent performance record of exceeding established goals/objectives
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license and clean driving history
- Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- High degree of computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with CRMs
