Teacher – CTE Engineering Technology Professions 

OCM BOCES is seeking applicants to fill a unique high school Engineering Technology Professions teacher position.  The two-year Career and Technical Education program offers students the opportunity to explore an exciting future in engineering, including micro-nano technology and other cutting-edge fields.  Through a collaborative partnership with Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3), Cornell University’s NanoScale Facility and area industries, students will gain the knowledge and skills they need to pursue a variety of fast-growing careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.  The instructor will be responsible for teaching the engineering curriculum, allowing students the opportunity to earn Tompkins Cortland Community College credits aligned to Engineering Technician Level I and Micro-Nano Fabrication Safety micro-credentials.  Students will also engage in learning experiences at Cornell University’s state-of-the-art NanoScale facility.  Candidates with teaching certification in engineering technology, or individuals with three or more years of experience in the engineering field, are welcome to apply.  Register and apply at: www.olasjobs.org/central.  For more information, visit our website at: www.ocmboces.org EOE
