Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Perform all maintenance procedures and operations
- Ensure all machinery is up to working standards
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, etc. preventive maintenance per schedule
- Assess current maintenance processes to optimize efficiency
- Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
- Oversee repair and maintenance done by outside vendors
- Create a work environment with safety as a high priority
- Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed
- Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol
- Facilities, project, and property maintenance duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years relevant experience in maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude (air, electrical, hydraulics preferred)
- Hardline plumbing experience a plus
- Experience working with and/or managing outside vendors
- Ability to consistently maintain positive relationships with internal customers
- Must be an effective communicator
- Steel/Metal fabrication experience preferred (weld, mill, lathe)
