On-Site Supervisor for licensed Childcare Center

Trains and supervises childcare staff, makes cleaning and staff schedules, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, monitors staff and children, schedules staff for appropriate trainings and procedures to meet program and licensing standards, resolve parent/staff complaints, staff attendance, record keeping, plan meals and preparation following the Child and Adult Care Food Program, plans field trips, and cleaning.

we are looking for workers that love children, are very reliable, gets along well with others and it's not afraid to take the initiative to pitch in and help. Our goal is to make our center be the best it can be and provide an atmosphere that makes our families feel reassured their children will be in a nurturing and caring environment.

Experience preferred.
College degree of any kind or Child Development
Associate certification (CDA) or 1 year diploma in child development from community college or tech school or equivalent to.
