Description
The Office of Admissions at the University of Tennessee at Martin is currently accepting applications for a CRM Technician. The Office of Admissions is a high-impact, high-energy, forward-thinking department that simultaneously handles multiple, on-going projects. This position will work with our communications and operations team to manage and develop the admissions’ office application and recruitment database, perform database tasks to ensure service ability, lead and assist with projects, implement data software, and provide CRM and application support.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Management of admission’s application database and CRM;
• Develop and maintain dynamic reporting within the CRM;
• Validate data integrity of prospect and applicant data;
• Oversee Slate user access requests;
• Perform daily imports and exports of data from both internal and external sources including Banner, test scores, Common Applications as directed;
• Conduct data cleansing including de-duplication and merging;
• Manage the daily imports of documents from electronic sources into the CRM;
• Provide the Office of Admissions, Campus-Partners and Applicants with CRM and application support;
• Execute data integrity analysis in Banner (SIS) and the CRM by identifying anomalies or inconsistencies. Communicate with CRM counterparts to implement corrective measures effectively and efficiently;
• Ensure data is easily accessible for collaborators while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations. Train stakeholders on data reporting and retrieval processes;
• Investigate and troubleshoot CRM errors and problems;
• Recommend changes and improvements to the CRM;
• Monitor scheduled delivery of prospect records from external sources;
• Monitor high school data changes and guarantee an accurate record of high school information in the CRM and SIS systems;
• Facilitate the scholarship award process by running scripts according to specified criteria and notifying students of awards;
• Train faculty and staff on using CRM to meet their needs;
• Work independently while adhering to deadlines;
• Assist with monitoring Admissions email;
• Provide support for the application review process;
• Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications :

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree in a relevant field and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Slate CRM or other CRM
• Experience with Banner

Supervision Received
This position will report to the CRM Manager. In-person, virtual, and e-mail contact is expected on a regular and frequent basis. Written reports may be expected concerning specific situations. This position is expected to hold regular office hours and check e-mail frequently.
